REDUCED PRODUCTION EXPECTED (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 22. “A cut of 25 to 50 per cent, in beer production is likely immediately,” says the “Daily Telegraph.” “The brewing industry will have a 50 per cent, fuel cut. because the Government excludes it from industries with coal priorities. Bass Brewery has announced a 50 per cent, reduction in. licensees' quotas from January 27."
