RESOLUTION Whenever the Council shall consider that owing to weather or seasonal conditions or any other cause, danger from fire may arise to any land, buildings, or any other property within the County from any fire lighted in the open, it may resolve that during such periods as it shall determine, that throughout the whole county or such particular part or parts thereof as it may consider necessary, no person shall light any fire in the open except in properly constructed fireplaces approved by the Council for use by picnic or camping parties.
