STAY IN HOSPITAL FOR OBSERVATION (Rec. 7 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Jan. 21. The Chief of Staff of the United States Army (General Dwight Eisenhower) is suffering from an acute stomach. disorder. He has entered hospital for observation. Physicians said his condition is not considered serious but he must stay in hospital for the present Explosion in Coalmine.—-Reuter’s correspondent in Belgrade reports that 36 dead and 28 injured have so far been recovered from a coalmine at Dorog, Northern Hungary, after a violent explosion yesterday— January 21.
