VIET NAM OFFER TO FRENCH
IMMEDIATE END, TO HOSTILITIES (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) PARIS, January 20. Mr Ho Chi Minh, the Prime Minister of the Viet Nam Government, said that he,had proposed immediate peace between the French and Viet Nam troops in Indo-China in a message to the French Prime Minister (Mr Blum). This is reported by the French .Press Agency.
