(Before Mr A. A. McLachlan, S.M.) BREAKING AND ENTERING Arnold Alexander Turnbull, 26 years, pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering the counting-house of Coulls. Somerville, Wilkie, Ltd., at 211 Cashel street, on January 2 and committing theft. Accused was remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence, bail being allowed in the sum of £5O.
