AVON METAL INDUSTRIES ISSUING NEW CAPITAL Avon Metal Industries, Ltd., Christchurch, is issuing new capital in the form of 2000 5 per cent, cumulative preference shares of £1 each, to rank pari passu with existing preference shares at .21s each; and 4000 ordinary shares of £1 each at par.
