Sir,—The continued refusal of the authorities to permit the sending of parcels to Germany confirms ml in my opinion that there is more h U t£ bug than humanity m the aims of the wars into which we are led with such apparent reluctance, other civilised countries permit it, even England from her meagre store How will New Zealand remain s™ug in isolation and plenty?—Yours, etc 8 ln M.
