SPANIARDS SENT TO GAOL
LONDON, January 13. A Spanish military court sentenced to three years’ imprisonment Eduardo Gamito Garcia, who was charged with distributing communiques and information which the British Embassy issued during the war, says Reuter’s correspondent in Madrid. Garcia before his trial had been in prison for 12 months. Two other Spaniards charged with distributing Socialist propaganda were each sentenced to one year’s imprisonment.
