CASUALTIES IN BOMBAY AND MADRAS BOMBAY, Jan. 14. Four people were fatally stabbed and one was injured in Bombay city yesterday. One person was killed and 15 were injured in Madras, when police opened fire on textile workers demonstrating against a mill management’s refusal to let them organise a funeral procession for a worker who died in the mill.
