SCREW REMOVED FROM LUNG
SUCCESSFUL OPERATION ON CHRISTCHURCH BOY NEW YORK, January 14. A surgeon at the Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, removed with a bronchoscope a screw about threequarters of an inch long from the right lung of John Turner, four-year-010 son of Mr and Mrs N. D. P. Turner, of St Martins road, Christchurch. John Turner’s condition is reported to be good, and he is expected to bt. discharged at the week-end.
