INDECENT ASSAULT ON MALE
After a retirement of 25 minutes, a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday found Percy William Breach (Mr D. J. Hewitt) guilty of indecent assault on a male aged 10 years. The evidence showed that the offence was committed when the prisoner was invited to stay for the week-end with a man named Fletcher, with whom the boy was living while his parents were in the North Island The prisoner was remanded for sentence. f
