GOVERNMENT’S PLANS FOR REMOVAL (R .^ lo - 3 2 CANBERRA. May 3. The Commonwealth Government expects that all but one or two wartime controls and restrictions will be abandoned within IS months," said the Acting-Prime Minister (Mr F. M. Forde) to-day. He added that the Government wished to abandon controls as soon as possible. Mr Forde said that rationing would have to continue until supplies for domestic use were normal and the people of Britain were able to receive normal supplies of food.
