CROQUET
JUNIOR TOURNAMENT CONCLUDED
The Canterbury junior croquet tournament was concluded on Saturday at the United Club. Prizes were presented by Mrs G. W. C. Smithson, president of. the Canterbury Croquet Association. The prize winners were:— Junior A Championship.—Mrs J. D. Boyce (Amberley) 1, Mrs R. Robson (Edgeware) 2. Junior B Championship.— Mrs A. Weir (Linwood) 1, Mrs O. Moore (Edgeware) 2. Junior Championship Doubles.—Mrs Nesbitt (Elmwood) and Mrs A. Spieer (United) 1, Mrs J. D. Boyce and Mrs A. Crouston (Amberley) 2. Junior Handicap Doubles.—A. E. Cockle and Mrs E. Melhuish (South Brighton) 1. Mrs G. Bourne and Mrs H. Robertson (Woodend) 2. Junior Handicap Singles.—A. E. Cockle (South Brightori) 1, Mrs Ching (Rangiora) 2, Mrs R. Campbell (South Brighton) and Mrs Crouston (Amberley) 3 (equal).
