According to advice received by the North Canterbury Acclimatisation Society, the condition of the fishing rivers at noon yesterday was as follows: Rakaia, slightly discoloured, but otherwise fishable; Hurunui and Waimakariri. discoloured; Ashley. Selwyn and Halswell, fishable.
