LICENCES FOR RENTAL CARS

: ♦ CHRISTCHURCH COMPANIES’ APPEALS ’ The granting of new licences for rental cars in Christchurch is the subject of a recent decision of the Transport Appeal Authority (Sir Francis Frazer). He has allowed appeals by Large’s, Limited, Archibald’s Garage, • Ltd., and Mutual Rentals, Ltd., against J the decision of the No. 3 Transport . Licensing Authority (Mr T; H. Lang--3 ford) granting a new rental car I licence for six cars to C. L. Rhodes. “The respondent stated before the t.
