T. Peacock to the Trustees of the Sailors* Home at Lyttelton for the purposes of that Institution which Scheme has been approved by the Attorney-General has been referred to a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for an Order approving the Scheme with or * without any modification or variation as he may think fit.
