The weather was fine but for the most part cloudy yesterday, with a moderate north-east breeze. The maximum temperature was 66.2 degrees. At 1 o'clock this morning the sky was overcast with a light north-east breeze. The barometer, falling, registered 30.09 in (1019.0 millibars).
