SEARCH FOR SMALL BOY SUCCESSFUL
* From Our Own Reporter GERALDINE, Jan. 7. A search party consisting of between 40 and 50 farmers and campers from the Te Moana huts scoured the hills at Te Moana from daylight to-day in search of Barry Malcolm, aged seven
years, son of Mr and Mrs Grant Malcolm, 290 Cranford street, St. Albans, Christchurch. He strayed from a party on the property of Mr C. W. Lynn about 3 p.m. yesterday. Search parties were organised last night, and at daylight this morning a larger search was organised by Constable J. Robertson and Mr C. W. Lynn. The boy was eventually found on a high spur at 11.30 a.m. to-day, little the worse for ’ his night on the hills.
