TERRORIST ACTS IN POLAND

ALLEGATIONS MADE BY PREMIER

<Rec- 7 p.m.) WARSAW, Dec. 30. The Polish Prime Minister (Mr Osubka-Morawski) alleged that agents of General Anders (the Polish Com-mander-in-Chief in Italy, who refused to return to Poland under the present Government) were fomenting a terror campaign throughout Poland. Mr Osubka-Morawski said they were supplying arms by air to the “N.5.Z.,” formerly called the National Armed Forces, jvhich were originally formed to fight the Nazi occupation and had since fought against the Communists and the Warsaw Government. Alleging that the N.S.Z. were responsible for most criminal acts in Poland, Mr Osubka-Morawski said the Government had discovered from captured N.S.Z. officers that there was liaison between General Anders and the N.S.Z. He added that all those captured would be publicly tried.
