Tariff Board.—The possibility of instituting a tariff board in-New Zealand will be investigated by the Associated Chambers of Commerce,, possibly in conjunction with the Manufacturers' Federation, according to a report by the importers' section of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce. Death Sentence on Belgian Collaborator.—The High Court of Belgium 1 has sentenced to death Felix Franq, private secretary to Leon Degrelle, the Belgian quisling, for bearing arms against his country.—Brussels, December 11.
