THE STRIKE MENACE
Sir,—How much longer is the country to be held up by strikes, go-slow, and other illegal methods. If arbitration is of no use to them, why not abolish the rotten thing? These repeated stoppages are doing a lot of harm and must be put an end to immediately. If any section of the community is entitled to “wet money" it is the farmers, who have been under the weather for many months and don't rush to mother every time they get their feet wet.—Yours, etc ONE OF THEM.
