CATHEDRAL CLUB The opening day for the Cathedra) Tennis Club will be September 30. This was decided at the recent annual meeting of the club when Mr J. Mercer presided. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows:—patron, Bishop Lyons; president, Mr J. Mercer; active vice-presi-dents, the Rev. Father J. Bradley, Messrs D. Martin and M. J. O’Malley; honorary vice-presidents, the Rev. Fathers Finlay. Daly, Galvin, O'Mahoney, Bro Tarcissus, Messrs W. P. Cosgriff, P. Kelly, G. Dobbs. P. Ryan, H. Mullins, P Kortegast. T. Aspell, Dr. Reilly. Messsrs D. Galvin. O. F. Watson, and Mrs J. Coffey: honorary treasurer. Miss V. Flooa, honorary secretary, Miss O. Murray: honorary assistant secretary, Miss M. Murray; delegates to Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association, Messrs'J Mercer and Martin; delegate to Sports Protection Association, Miss V. Flood; honorary auditor. Mr D. Martin; management committee, Masses V Roach, W, Fallon, Messrs L. Graham, and W. Shea.
