Russian Order Presented to King Michael.—The Bucharest radio has announced that Marshal Tolbukhin, commander of the Soviet forces in southern Europe, presented to King. Michael the diamond-studded Order of Victory at a ceremony held at the Royal Palace. Ten thousand persons cheered the King and Marshal Tolbukhin when they appeared on the balcony.— London, July 19.
