\ \ FDflfliH-BUSiIAN TRADE AGREEMENT Finland and Russia have signed a trade agreement for the exchange of goods valued at £4,250,000. Finland will supply Russia with timber, paper, and cel!uIo«e in return for, cereals, salt, and raw materials. A committee baa been set up to draw the new frontier in the Petsamo district, which Finland has ceded to Russia.—London, May 15.
