* —_. TOURNEY AT GREYMOUTH “ The Press ’’ Special Service GREYMOUTH, April 20. A team of six boxers from Christchurch, representing the Air Force, competed to-night in a series of spectacular bouts with local men.' The highlight of the evening was a four-round bout in which J. Tagalagi (Air Force) was narrowly defeated on points by G. Bowman (Runanga). It was one of the best bouts seen in Greymouth for years. Other bouts resulted:—B. Shaldron (Alt Force) was Knocked out in the second round by P. Ellis; G. Todd (Air Force) lost on points to W. Hamilton; W. Wedlack (Air Force) was knocked out by J. Boddy; C. Miller (Air Force) beat P. McGulnness on points; and N. Farmer (Air Force) won da a foul from K Martini. • * — ——— —»———'
