— * — , FRIDAY (Before Mr Raymond Ferner, S.M.) REMANDED FOR SENTENCE William Herbert McGrath, aged 37, was remanded for sentence until February 16 on two. charges of Indecent exposure. The Magistrate ordered that the case be referred to the Eugenics Board for a report. Bail was renewed. PROHIBITION BREACH **' George Patrick Joseph Flanagan was convicted and discharged on a charge of drunkenness and fined £2 for a breach of a prohibition order. TRAFFIC OFFENCES The following penalties were imposed In traffic cases brought by the police:— Falling to give way: Charles Edward Ryde, 20s (no warrant of fitness, ss). Driving without due £are and attention; James Alexander Batchelor, costs only; Derek John Parsonson, £2 (no driver’s licence, costs only); Unlighted bicycle at night: Paul Tucker, 10s. CIVIL CASES THURSDAY (Before Mr Raymond Ferner,. S.M.) Judgment for the plaintiff by default was given in the following civil, case:— Boniface Bros., Ltd., v. W. J. Norton, £4 19s sd. On a judgment summons, T. C. Roberts and P. N. Fuller, trading as Roberts and Fuller, were ordered to pay Universal Business Directors, Ltd., £3 9s 6d forthwith, in default four days’ imprisonment.
