. —; ' ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIPS Entrance scholarships to St. Andrew’s College have been awarded to the-following on the results of the recent examination: —R. B. Atkins (Cashmere), 292; B. Frost (Cashmere), N. W. McGillivray (Shirley Intermediate), and D. W. Sabiston (Shirley Intermediate), 220. The next candidates in order were:—R. S. Patterson (Elmwood), and D, McDougall (Kaiapoi), 208J; E. S. Robinson (Shirley Intermediate). 204 i; D. J, Dobson (Elmwood), 200 i. A boarding scholarship has been awarded to G. Good (Lyttelton Main).
