' ——♦ —— ALLIES NOW COMPILING LIST (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 23. . “An Allied commission is compiling a list of Bulgarian war criminals for trial for the mistreatment of British and American airmen recently: freed from imprisonment in Bulgaria,’’ reports the Associated Press correspondent at 15th Air Force Headquarters. “Interrogation of the airmen discloses that 22 articles of the Geneva Convention were broken. No effort was made to notify the Red Cross that the airmen had been captured until visits were made by the Swiss representative.’’
