Customs Department that licences for the importation of piston rings from countries other than Canada will now-be allowed to the extent of 25 per cent, of the value of imports from the same sources in 1938; Imports from Canada , will be subject to Government order with a view to their procurement under the Mutual Aid Agreement with that Dominion.
