■ —— , MR C. L. RAMSDEN (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept 18. Mr Clifton Lloyd Ramsden, for the last seven years manager of the Wellington Woollen Company’s mills at Petone, was found dead in his car on Saturday night. In 1911-12 he represented Wellington at Rugby football. He was one of Wellington’s selectors for a time. He was the fourth member of his family to be manager of the ’Wellington Woollen Mills, a position previously occupied by his grandfather. his father, and a brother. Bulgaria Blocks Bank Accounts.— The Bulgarian Government has blocked all bank accounts after the, discovery that fortunes were made, illegally under the Axis regime. Illegal fortunes, says the Exchange Telegraph Agency’s Istanbul correspondent, will be confiscated.—London; September 17
