Agreement with Ethiopia.— The British Government has appointed Earl de la Warr as its special representative to negotiate With the Emperor ox Ethiopia (Haile Selassie) at the latter s request for a new temporary agreement to replace the agreement and military convention between Britain and Ethiopia on January 31, 1942. — Rugby, Sept. 16.
