Mosquito’s Armament.—The fighterbomber version of the famous Mosquito aeroplane is now in action, says “The Times” aviation correspondent. The new type has a full fighter armament of four 20-millimetre cannon and four .303 machine-guhs, and a bombload of 10001b. The Mosquito is now the most multi-purpose aeroplane in the Royal Air Force, and still the fast-, est aeroplane in the v’orld. —London, November 25. Club for Airmen.—The New Zealand High Commissioner (Mr W. J. Jordan) declared open a club for the use of Australian and New Zealand airmen newly arrived in England. It will be managed by the Dominion Allied services hospitality scheme.—London. November 25. Prirao Camera in German Hands.— Primo Camera, the Italian former world heavy-weight boxing champion, may be tried by the Germans as a traitor. Camera was reported to have joined the Italian guerrillas after the armistice on September 8. states the correspondent of the “Daily Express” on the Italian frontier. While fighting against German patrols in northern Italy, Camera was wounded in the leg and was captured by the Germans.— London, November 25.
