CHAMPIONSHIPS DECIDED The final events decided at the New Zealand roller skating championship meeting on Saturday at the De Luxe skating rink were as follows: —New Zealand women’s solo championship. Miss Jan Nicholson (Christchurch) 1. Miss Joyce Adams (Christchurch) 2, Miss Jean McNulty (Dunedin) 3. New Zealand men’s solo championship: N. Wlngham (Christchurch) 1. W. Travis (Christchurch) 2, L. Napper (Dunedin) 3. Men’s half-mile speed championship;' A. Smith (Dunedin) 1, P. Bamford (Christchurch) 2, J. Glasson (Christchurch) 3. Men's one mile speed championship: W. Dlcklson (Dunedin) 1, P. Bamford (Christchurch) 2, J Glasson (Christchurch) 3.
