AVON CLUB The Avon Cycling Club’s 50 miles championship was won on Saturday by O. K. Wilson. The race was from Harewood road to Kirwee and back. Results and times were:—E. A. Train Cuts Bus in Half.—A fast Canadian National Railway train sliced a bus in two at Aldershot, Ontario, killing 12 of the 14 bus passengers. The train driver said he sighted the bus apparently skidding into the train’s path. —Ottawa, September-11. ■
