RESERVED DECISIONS

NO. 10 APPEAL BOARD In the following appeals decision was reserved at the last sitting of the No. 10 Armed Forces Appeal Board, but has now been announced. All appeals were lodged by the District Fire Controller, the reservists being members of the Emergency Fire Service, and in addition appeals for some of the reservists were lodged by their respective employers. The following appeals were adjourned sine die:—Sydney George Faulkner, Leslie Eric Rinaldi, Claud Miles Henry Fletcher, Walter Clarence Tozer, Leslie William Tozer, Stanley William Whlteford, Albert Edward Roberts, Leonard Stanley Leach, Lance Bruce Haywood, Thomas Ufton, Henry Robson, Ronald Herbert Miles, Edward Lapslle, Henry Walter Davis, Roy Desmond Smith, Donald George Silvester, Eric Valentine Wilkins, Clarence Ernest John Paulger, Arthur Thomas Dangerfleld, Walter Raymond Campbell, Lawrence Raymond Berry. The following case was adjourned for review in six months:—Gordon McKenzie. The following appeals were dismissed;— Barford William Badland (not to be called before September 30), Stanley Lawrence Ashton (not to be called before February 28, 1944). The appeal of Lemuel Charles Boughton was allowed on the ground of conscientious objection.
