WORK FOR AIR FORGE APPRECIATED
PATRIOTIC FUND BOARD (P A) WELLINGTON, August 9. The National Patriotic Fund Board has received a letter of appreciation, from Air Vice-Marshal R. V. Goddard; who, until recently, was chief-or theNew Zealand Air Staff, of the assistance the national patriotic organisa-: tions and particularly the board, mad, given the R.N.Z.A.F. in the matter of welfare and comforts. He also paid tribute to the work performed under the auspices of the board by Miss Constance Morice as Dominion secretary of Air Force Relations. A letter thanking Air Vice-Marshal Goddard has been sent by the board.
