Burning Oil as Protection.—A Stockholm message says that all entrances to Atlantic harbburs will be barred by a screen of burning oil, spread over the surface of the water, when an attack issues. In the German newspapers Goebbels is playing up oil as Germany’s new anti-invasion weapon. The German press also publishes pictures of concrete anti-tank traps guarding the Italian coast. —London, June 26.
