BOWLS
EDGEWARE CLUB Members of the Edgeware Bowling Club took upv£3oo of Liberty Loan bonds at the annual meeting on Saturday. The report and balance-sheet showed the club to be in a sound financial position with an increased membership. The following officers were elected:— President, Mr A. E. Baown; vice-presi-dent, Mr A. Keen: past-president, Mr G. Brunsden; treasurer, Mr J. W. Beanland; centre delegate, Mr P. L. Qrr; green superintendent, Mr J. Chatfleld; committee, Messrs R. Hamilton, A. L. Houston,, H. P. Dobbs. J. Gagliardi, A. Molllson, and A. W. Pace. Club championship winners were reported as follows:—Singles, Mr J. L. Bennett; pairs, Messrs S. Elliott and J. Gagliardi; fours, Messrs P. G. Martin, P. L. Orr, A. Keen, and J. L. Bennett. Messrs J. W. Beanland, B. Moore, P. Matson, W. Pearce, and H. J. West, foundation members, were elected life members of the club.
