INQUEST INTO MAN'S DEATH AFTER COLLISION

(P.A.) NAPIER, May 14. The verdict at the inquest into the death of John Leckie. who died as a result of a collision with a motor-truck on the Awatoto road on May 5, was that death was caused by haemorrhage of the brain. Evidence showed that at the time the sea spray from heavy breakers was so thick that it was almost impossible to see traflic.
