Moods in Arkansas,—Rising with unprecedented rapidity. the Arkansas river flooded the lowlands along the Arkansas-Okkij-ionia border. The United Staler Army has dispatched barges, and assault boats to evacuate families and rescue hundreds who are marooned in tree-tops and on the roofs of houses.
