NEW ZEALAND DIVISION
Sir _Now that the Tunisian campaign is nearing an end, can we ie assured that men of our famous fighting division, who have fought without leave, for almost a year, will be granted the long rest and furlough to which they are entitled? With the 7th British Armoured Division, they are the only original members of the Bth Army now in the field. From Alamem to Tunis, they have fought a powerful enemy in an appalling climate. We trust that a brief holiday in Cairo will not be considered a fitting reward for their services.—Yours, etc., 1 INTERESTED. May 12, 1943.
