The Hon. Mr Justice Tyndall, Judge of the Arbitration Court, arrived m Christchurch from the north on Satinday.
Messrs F. A. Gilmour, Christchurch, and R. V. Morgan, Blenheim, have passed the final examinations of the Australasian Institute of Secretaries (Incorporated'. Miss E. E. Wellman. Dunedin, obtained a sectional pass in the final examinations, and Mr M. A. R. Cameron. Christchurch, a sectional pass in the intermediate.
The appointment of Messrs G. Reed, A. A. Bannan, L. J. McLennan, P. J. Bannan, and G. J. Williams as members of the newly-incorporated Blackwater Domain Board is gazetted.
