Fair Play” writes; “The time has now come /or the returned soldiers to form a political party, apart from their present organisation, to fight on the home front for those back from this and the last war. The aims of the party should be to see that adequate pensions are granted to the disabled men and a rehabilitation scheme which Will give a reasonable opportunity to all ex-servicemen to be re-established m civilian occupation. The rehabilitation plan should be on a productive basis, not like those at present proposed—to make a nation of navvies of those about to return.”
