INCREASED WOOL PRICE
Sir,—"Real Facts,” being only recently back in New Zealand, may be excused not knowing the real facts that the woolgrower has for three years faced a more than 15 per cent, reduction in wool profit—not price, which “Real Facts” seems to think is the same thing—owing. to heavily-increased prices for twine, packs, petrol, shears, labour, and food prices for shearers, etc. He has, moreover, had no increased cost of living bonuses nor rise of wages. Why does ‘‘Real Facts” not suggest to the working men and women that they should gladly pay into the Sick and Wounded Fund the equivalent or less of what he suggests the woolgrowers should pay?—their increase of wages and cost of living bonuses accrued to them over the last three years.—Yours, etc., ' , , JUSTICE FOR ALL. January 18, 1943.
