R.S.A. GIFT TO PATRIOTIC FUND
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, January 16. The amenities available to the New Zealand forces in a certain section of the Pacific war zone will be improved by the addition of a mobile cinema plant presented to the National Patriotic Fund Board by the Returned Services’ Association. The plant comprises a two-wheeler trailer unit fitted up on the lines of a cinema projection box, and the equipment included a full-size projector, speakers, and rewinding gear. A collapsible screen is carried, and the generator is driven by a small petrol motor.
