(P.S.S.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 13. The weather forecast for Canterbury Issued at 5 p.m. by the Meteorological Office. Wellington, and dealing with the 24 hours following the time of issue, is as follows: Moderate south to south-east winds. Weather cloudy and cool with scattered showers. Further outlook Improving. WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island is as follows: Moderate northerly winds. Weather fair and mild.
