This property is situated in the Waitahora Valley, 16 miles from Dannevirke by good road. The land which was originally bush comprises principally limestone hills easily rideable and of finest quality. It has been well farmed for many years by the late Mr Pharazyn, who spared no expense in its foundation and improvement, with the result that it is now in great heart, and is looked upon as one of the finest hill country station properties in Hawke’s Bay. Buildings which are fairly extensive are well situated and are adequate for the Station requirements. Plenty of totara fencing timber is available and the Station is particularly well subdivided by good sheep-pvoof fences.
