WOMAN FOUND DEAD
BELIEVED TO HAVE FALLEN t FROM FIRE-ESCAPE
I, (P.A.) WELLINGTON, December 10. Believed to have fallen from a fire-
' escape at the sixth floor, a young t woman was discovered dead at the ’L, rear of Lloyd’s Hotel, Cuba street, WelV] lington, late last night. The woman, who was about 18 or 20, had been killed instantly. Up to a late hour to night the police had been unable to ij, obtain any evidence of identification. !i She w’as unknown to the proprietress of the hotel, and had not booked in as a guest.
