SPECIAL ORDER PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the Waipara County Council, duly convened and held at Waikari. on' MONDAY, the ,9th DAY OF NOVEMBER. 1942, and will be submitted for Confirmation at an ordinary meeting of the said Council to be held in the Council Chambers at Waikari on MONDAY, the 14th day of December, 1942, AT 10 A.M. , .. Resolved. “That in pursuance of the power contained in Section 152 of the •Counties Act. 1920.’ and ail other enabling powers vested in it, the Waipara County Council acting on behalf of the Corporation of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipara HEREBY RESOLVES by way of a Special Order that this Council hereby authorises the sale or exchange in one or more lots of all that piece of land situated in Block IV. of the Waipara Survey District and containing four acres three roods and six perches be the same more or less being Lot 1 on the plan deposited at the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 7956 part of Rural Sections 1526 and 7073 and known as Wilson's.
