AUCKLAND, November 19. | The Presbyterian Assembly at its final session this morning decided to £ ask the Government to appoint . a 5 Royal Commission to investigate the j questions of liquor and national health, j, liquor and social security, liquor and law enforcement, and liquor and the i Maori people. i| The mover of the motion, the Rev. i; Dr. J. D. Salmond, contended that the i liquor traffic, unless grappled with, ■j would sabotage democracy. i( The Assembly agreed, on the motion j of the Rev. J. D.
